Join us for this 90 minute workshop. We'll sip coffee, listen to great music, and participate in a guided pottery activity as we make a mystery item that helps you be creative in return.

Start your New Year with some creative memories!

Grab your friend or loved one and join us for the Beginner Basics Pottery Workshop! This creative hand-building workshop is beginner friendly and open to artists of all backgrounds. If this is your first pottery class or you're already in love with ceramics, you're in the right spot.

This workshop is 90 minutes and includes hand building demonstrations to get you started, instructor throughout the class, and the creative freedom to create your own pieces. You will learn slab building, coil pots and pinch pots and how the various hand-building techniques are used.

No materials will be provided - so for real bring what you need and take it back home with you. But we will definitely OHH and AWW at your pieces. This night is about low-stakes creative freedom with friends.

Join us for the SECOND of two holiday shopping events at The Meanwhile Block in Park Union on Sunday December 1st from 10am-4pm!

We will have over 50 food and artisan vendors, knife sharpening, food trucks, music, Photo Booth, coffee and adult drinks to warm you up and more! Kick off the Holiday season with us and get some shopping done early at our 2nd Annual Sip N' Shop event!

FREE parking onsite. FREE to attend. This is an indoor event in the Barrel Building at The Meanwhile Block 108 W Cimarron St.

It’s Family Day at the Vendor Takeover, and we’re finishing off the weekend with the ultimate LEGO-building competition! Doors open at noon, where you’ll be met with the buzz of families gearing up for some creative building. As always, the $20 balloon pop and flash sales continue, and over 60 vendors will be ready to showcase their products for one last day.

At 12:30 PM, four families will go head-to-head in the Family LEGO Competition, with two rounds to determine the ultimate LEGO champions. The first round will feature all four families battling it out to impress the judges with their builds, but only two will move on to the final round at 2:00 PM. In between, performances will keep the energy high, while you can explore vendor booths, participate in the silent auction, or just relax and enjoy the fun.

The day wraps up at 3:30 PM with the final awards ceremony, including the vendor and audience awards. We’ll also announce the silent auction winners and celebrate the LEGO champions, who not only get to take home their creations but will also be invited back to compete next month. This fun-filled, family-friendly event will leave you feeling inspired and excited for what’s to come!

Get ready for the runway! Day 2 of Vendor Takeover is all about fashion, creativity, and fierce competition. The event starts at noon, with doors opening to a dazzling array of vendors and the continuation of our $20 balloon pop and flash sales. Stroll through over 60 unique vendor booths, where exclusive deals and treasures await you.

At 12:30 PM, we shift gears into full glam mode with Colorado’s Next Top Model competition. Aspiring models will walk the runway in two parts—one show at 12:30 PM and another at 2:00 PM. With the crowd cheering and the silent auction in full swing, it's the perfect time to explore what our vendors have to offer, from unique fashion pieces to custom artwork. Performances between runway walks will keep the atmosphere lively, with music filling the air and encouraging everyone to soak in the vibrant energy.

As always, our vendor awards will be announced at 3:30 PM, including honors for the most popular, most creative, and most engaging booths. Stick around for the audience awards for best dressed and the silent auction winners. Saturday is the day to shine—whether you’re strutting down the runway or finding that perfect item from one of our vendors, this will be a day you don’t want to miss!

Welcome to Day 1 of the Vendor Takeover event, where excitement starts right at noon! As you walk into Meanwhile Block, you'll be greeted with music, energetic vibes, and over 60 unique vendors offering incredible products and services. Our $20 balloon pop will be in full swing—every time you spend $20, you get to pop a balloon and win a mystery prize. On top of that, look out for the flash sales, happening every 10 minutes at various vendor booths. There’s always a surprise waiting for you!

The main event of the day is the Pitch Royale, starting at 12:30 PM, where 10 businesses will pitch their hearts out in 60 seconds to impress a panel of judges. The winner takes home a free booth for our next event! This high-stakes showdown is bound to keep you at the edge of your seat.

Afterward, you’ll be treated to performances from some incredible local talent, with the first act kicking off at 1:00 PM. Stay engaged and keep the energy high, as you’ll also have a chance to participate in the Dance-Off at 3:00 PM. Show off your best moves, and you could win awards for "Best Couple" or "Best Individual" dancer.

Don't forget to explore the silent auction throughout the day, where you can bid on experiences like the Yard Takeover and Clarity Experience. The day wraps up with awards for the most creative, most engaging, and most popular vendor booths at 3:30 PM, as well as audience awards for the best-dressed attendees. Trust us, Friday is going to be an unforgettable start to the weekend!
